How information is handled.
What we collect
Only what you type into an enquiry form: name, role, school, city, purpose, preferred contact method, mobile number, optional WhatsApp number and email, and any optional details. If you came from the self-check, the topics you choose to share are included.
With an enquiry we also record how you reached the site, for example a DIDAC QR code or a campaign link (source, medium and campaign name, the first page you opened, and the referring website). This tells us which channels help schools, and never includes anything about you personally.
We do not ask for student names, photographs or other sensitive information, and ask you not to include them.
What we do not collect
- The self-check runs in your browser. Answers are not sent unless you request a conversation and choose to include them.
- This website sets no advertising cookies.
- Visit statistics are counted only if you allow them in the on-screen choice. They never include names, phone numbers, emails or anything you type.
- Your browser keeps small notes for convenience, such as whether you closed the checklist offer, and the campaign you arrived from for the current visit. They stay on your device.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a conversation or visit, and keep a record of it. Occasional notes for school leaders are sent only if you tick the separate optional box.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored with our website host's form service and are accessible only to the VILAN team responsible for enquiries. They are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and VILAN deletes them on request.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting VILAN.
